Burgers & Vibes

Bucks County's
chef-driven
burger destination.

Brioche, a brisket-chuck-short-rib blend, sauces made in-house — a burger built with intent, in a town built the same way. New Hope and Lambertville are sister river towns full of makers, galleries, and good restaurants; ours is the one with the burgers and the vibes.

Chef-driven, never pretentious.

A chef-driven burger at The Burgerly in New Hope, PA, photographed warm on a live-edge wood board.

A chef who left Wall Street to cook by hand. Two river towns that have always made room for that. The burger's the proof.

Mark McLean taught himself to cook from the CIA textbook. He left the trading floor to cook for pro athletes and for the Mayor of Johannesburg — and then, of all places, for a small place on Main Street a short walk over the bridge from Lambertville. The brisket-chuck-short-rib blend is his. The sauces are his. The brioche is here for a reason.

His co-founder, Zach, came for the towns first — found New Hope and Lambertville thirteen years ago and fell for the artists, the antique shops, the easy walk between them. He designed most of what's around you, and he sets the scene and picks the music: Sinatra to Stevie to Black Coffee, a record collection four decades deep, loud enough to feel and soft enough to talk over. Customers call it “a party in my mouth.” We just cook the food.

Burgers at your wedding.
Brunch the morning after.
Lunch that doesn't taste catered.

Couples choose New Hope and Lambertville for the river, the light, the towns themselves. We handle the part where everyone still has to eat — and eat well. Welcome bags, rehearsal dinners, the day-after brunch nobody expects to remember. Packed to travel. And the wedding venues across these two sister river towns already know us.

The reviews keep coming.
